Shipping policy
Processing time for orders is 5-7 working days excluding postal delays (see below).
Processing time for print-on-demand orders is 10 to 20 business days (does not include postal delays, see below).
All shipments are made with Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided when your order is ready to be shipped. Just4Fun Boutique is NOT responsible for late deliveries.
Once the package is in the hands of Canada Post, there is nothing we can do to expedite the delivery process.

CANADA: 2 to 7 working days in Canada with tracking number. *NOT FOR DECALS ORDERS
UNITED STATES: 10 to 15 business days with tracking number *NOT FOR DECALS ORDERS
INTERNATIONAL: You live outside Canada or the USA and you would like to place an order? Please send us a message with your complete address and we can inform you about the postage costs. Please note that Just4Fun Boutique will not assume any customs or import fees when shipping.

- Delays with the postal service
- International duties AND/OR customs fees
NOTICE OF LIABILITY FOR WRONG ADDRESSES
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
- We do our best to speed up processing and dispatch times; orders received are quickly sent to production so if you need to make any changes to your order, please do so very quickly, as once the order has been sent to production, no changes can be made.
- If you have any problems with your tracking number or the delivery of your parcel, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, the tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order.
- All our shipments include a tracking number (EXCEPT DECALS ORDERS )with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact Canada Post and/or USPS directly to investigate the problem. We cannot be held responsible for packages where the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your order address, items delivered lost, damaged or marked in transit.
