INTERNATIONAL: Do you live outside of Canada or the USA and would like to place an order? Please send us a message with your full address and we can advise you on postage costs. Please note that Just4Fun Boutique will not incur any customs or import charges during shipping.

  • We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times; Orders received are quickly sent to production so if you need to make changes to your order, please do so very quickly, because once the order is sent to production, no changes can be made.
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order.
  • All our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact Canada Post and/or USPS directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages whose tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your order address.
